Derek’s:
- People say Grant looks like you Derek, do you think he looks like you? Derek’s response, “No, he looks like Grant, but you can call him precious.”
- Ice is “Icthe” and Bath is “Baff”
- Derek says he wants to be a police man when he grows up so he can hand out tickets. Today he was cutting out paper and handing out tickets to us. We were watching conference and asked him why we got a ticket. He says it was for watching a video.
- Derek wants to hold Grant every chance he gets. He especially likes to hold him when he has the hiccups so that if he crys he can say, “He’s just crying because he has the hiccupths!”
Joseph’s:
- While helping Daddy to pick up mulch for the front yard, Joseph said, I like coming here and someday I’m going to be a Construction worker so I can work here. See that skid steer I’m going to drive it someday! J
- We were talking about Grant Turley and Grandma and Joseph asked where they were and I explained they were in heaven together. He asked, “How did your grandma die?” I explained that she got cancer which is a disease that makes you really sick. Still confused he asks, “ Was it from cigarettes, alcohol, or coffee?”
- Me – Sis. Proffit is coming to watch you guys. Joseph - Why is her name Sis. Proffit? Is it because she is a prophet?
